I am so excited to announce our new CBC Troop 254 website to the communities we serve. We hope this site provides all the necessary information, collaborating and inspiring youths to be prepared, for life. This site would not have been successfully launched without the support and dedication of our troop, adult leaders, and our Eagle Scout candidate, Klein who completed this amazing task.
I am so proud of these accomplishments. Our reward is to enjoy this beautiful and informative site to share with our communities, families, and future Scouts that want to join our troop.
~ Tim Louie, Scoutmaster
As required by the Boy Scouts of America (BSA), every Scouting unit “belongs” to a local organization like a school, religious institution or service club. With that said, a chartered organization is a community-based group whose objectives, mission and methodologies are compatible with those of the BSA. It agrees to use the Scouting program to further its mission to serve young people. The Chinese Baptist Church, also known as the Beacon Hill Church, is the Troop's chartered organization.

In Troop 254, parents of Scouts volunteer on outings and special events, including participating in Eagle Scout projects. Their contribution is so much appreciated. We cannot have gone on many outings without the Parents' support. Thank you, Parents!
